Phab organises an annual summer programme of Integrated Living Experiences – residential projects at purpose built activity centres for disabled and non disabled children aged 9-18. At centres on Exmoor and the Lake District.

How can I apply ?

The projects are for all disabled and non-disabled children and young people between the ages of 9 and 18 years who live in all parts of Great Britain. You do not need to be a Phab Club member and we welcome referrals and applications from Social Services Departments. Please click here - full details on our volunteering page.

We recommend that you return your application forms by March at the latest if you are applying for the summer projects, as demand is high.

"As soon as we arrived I felt nervous because it is very different for my normal life. I found everyone very welcoming and soon my nerves disappeared. The activities were very physically challenging but since they had the right equipment and I had the nerve – I did them all! On normal school camps I wouldn’t be able to do these things because of my disability. I really enjoyed all of the activities"

Child aged 11 (Calvert Trust, Exmoor) Phab produces a holiday guide each year which is full of accessible accommodation and places to visit.
